Payment and changes
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes may affect pricing and lead time. After 48 hours, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours at no charge. After 24 hours, custom orders cannot be canceled.
Natural materials
Solid wood and natural materials vary in grain, tone, and texture. These variations are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
Objects
All Objects, including artist editions, contemporary pieces, and vintage items, are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Vintage
Vintage and found pieces are sold as-is. Signs of age, patina, and wear are part of the character and history of each piece and are not considered defects. Condition details are noted on each product listing.
